Prices are best in the area; the use of a moving truck for FREE for a day is really helpful!!! The suggestions, calendar, clip are not only helpful but indicate a philosophy of caring about the little things. Cleanliness is everywhere!THE BEST part of Summit is having an actual person to work with in the office, ready to actually physically orient to the unit/locks and a person via phone if needed. Day and after hours are sensible! The two managers I have had the pleasure to work with (Lucretta and Sherryl) are knowledgeable, friendly, most thoughtful and caring, voluntarily offering resource information (ie for elderly) in area. I feel most fortunate to have 'discovered' Summit; 100% excellence has been my experience:)”

“Due to a miscommunication between my husband and I, we ended up renting a unit in the wrong facility. We were trying to rent in the same unit as my in laws. And as I went to go to the storage unit, realized it was the wrong unit. The customer service behind the desk were SOO understanding and helpful. I was already stressed out about the move and they were so professional. Called me back multiple times to let me know about the reimbursement process. If we weren’t worried about proximity to my in-laws, I would have stayed with them. So I absolutely recommend them!!”
