“Not only do I love having this store in our small community to avoid going to a big box store where you may or may not get good customer service I love the friendliness of the staff and willingness to go above and beyond to make sure you have what you need to get the job done. I always have a great experience in this store but today was above and beyond. Chris was there today and I had a major problem with a job I was working on a very expensive project that was due today. Not only did he help me figure out what to do with it he helped me salvage it and prevent having yo start all over. Thank you so much for your help today.”
“I deal with this store quite a bit and they’re always service-oriented, friendly and helpful. I had a hydraulic pump issue out of my Scag tiger cat 2 and they took care of me exactly how was promised when I purchased the mower there. The mechanic, John, was able to get my mower covered under warranty with no hassle for me. Max, the store salesman was easy to deal with and very understanding/helpful. Will certainly buy more equipment here in the future.”
“Love the place until I have to add to a project and when the warehouse is done with that product, they discontinue it.We did get lucky and the 2nd store we called this time, actually looked and physically saw the item.But they, too, will be discontinuing , when they sell the last camera they had.”

“I have always had a great experience at this ace store in Boiling Springs . Ace prices are a little higher than other stores, but I receive coupons in the mail, which gives me rewards and cash towards my purchase.. This store always has the items I need in stock as well as other items that other stores do not have. The staff is always kind and friendly, every staff member that I pass by, always ask if I need help or at least speak and say hello. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone needing home items, garden items, tools, cleaning supplies, etc..”

“This is a great local hardware store. They don’t have the same selection like Lowe’s, but that’s expected. However, almost every time I’ve gone by they have what I need (I have also called ahead of time and they’re always more than welcome to check). When you get there, the workers are nice and always willing to help. I recommend them and will continue to go back.”

“"Ty" at Site One Landscapes is always very helpful and very knowledgeable of all aspects in the field! They have great products and will take the time to answer questions with the do-it-yourself homeowners that come in, myself included! Ty had given me a program to follow to keep up with my lawn maintenance schedule throughout the year and has been very easy to follow. The reason I went this route is because I got tired of getting poor service with the commercial companies that offer you their schedule and have poor results and no technical support. “I been in this store previously. It has a new owner and a new name. Basically, this is a home improvement store with pricing from inexpensive to expensive! I saw specials on many floor coverings! Admittedly, I'm a s***** for a good deal! Most impressive to me was the big selection of assembled cabinetry! Many styles and prices! It's ready to install into a kitchen or bathroom. The sales people here are helpful and not pushy! Well Trained! I like this store!”

“I picked out my paint color went and got a bathroom vanity and when I finished I went to get the paint and it was ready and waiting on me. The young man loaded up the vanity and put it in the van. They were so much help and very kind. I will be back to Lowe's on Blackstock Rd in Spartanburg SC”
