They had some paint issues the first go around and rather than sell me an inferior product, they redid them to make sure I would be happy. I will recommend these guys to everyone I know! “Made an appointment to get my passenger door window fixed. Keeps coming out of the track when putting window down. Excellent communication when scheduling an appointment. Dropped it off at 9am, window was fixed at 9:45 Am. Great people with excellent experience and workmanship! Ten star rating for me!”
“Car was shutting off when I was idle or stop at a red light , I looked online to see if I can find a mechanic near me , found Metro Works and they had good reviews , drove my car to their location met Shaun and he plugged in his computer , found 3 codes (something about the cam shaft sensor), we went inside to look at it on his monitor, at that moment another person from Metro works walks in the office and within 30 seconds they new exactly what was wrong . Told me to get an oil change if that don’t work come back . Went around the corner got an oil change and now it’s running smooth . Saved me about 500$ bucks . They could’ve easily ripped me off , but they didn’t . I recommend this company to everyone. You guys are awesome !!!”

“I've been several bad experiences with mechanics in the area. After these guys did my neighbor right(a 76 year old female cancer patient), I took my little hundai to them after my belt broke. They found a critical problem in my engine with an oil leak around the gasket. Somehow these guys had my car back to better than it was before in less than half a day. Amazing work and super friendly staff kept me informed along the way about the bad surprises and when I went to pick my car up, it was 50 bucks less than they had quoted. Never going anywhere else. They could've ripped my neighbor off, they didn't and they did right by me.”
“These guys are AMAZING! I had an issue (undriveable) with my car on the way down (luckily near them!!) to South Florida from North Carolina, and went in the morning as soon as they opened (8 AM), and they told me they were really backed up already, but would try to look at my car by noon. As I l left my hotel at noon, they called, and told me they had fixed the problem! And that they had prioritized me because I was in transit. They really care! And did a very professional assessment and repair of my car. AND don't overcharge!!! And were nothing but southern charming. Best mechanic that I have ever encountered!”

“It's rare that you feel compelled to write a glowing review for a company you ended up not buying from!Usually, you're motivated to write a review for a company because they provided you with good service and / or price. But the staff at Sav-Mor Tire provided me with excellent humanity and kindness without making a dollar off of me.I'm an Uber driver with a relatively rare tire size. Even worse is every tire on my car wears out the inside 2 inches while the rest looks almost new. So needless to say, I go through a lot tires (about 8 to 10 a year) and and as a result I'm frequently calling numerous used tire shops trying to find a quality, irregular size used tire because it doesn't make sense to buy brand new when all I need is the inside 2 inches. But because of the strange size, they're hard to find, so I'm often left with no choice but to buy brand new tires.Today looked like it would be the same. I'd called 6 tire shops looking for a tire and was about to accept buying a brand new tire since the more time I spend looking for a tire the more money I'm loosing, not working which turns into how much the tire actually cost me.Thankfully, I spoke with a gentleman at Sav-Mor Tires, and he found me an affordable new tire but because the size is rare no one stocks them. So as always, no one can get it until morning. Which would cost me a whole days wages plus the cost of the new tire.They could have easily just blown me off, but instead, he referred me to a used tire shop that would be my best chance to find my rare tire. Sure enough, he was correct.Now, My tires changed, and I'm about to start working, but I felt I should have the decency to return the favor and let people know about this company. I believe that when a company puts people ahead of business, it should be appreciated and commended.Even though they won't make the few dollars of profit from my used tire today, they I'll be the first place I call in the future and I'll be referring everyone I know to them going forward.”
