Do not bank with these people, they would try to charge you a fee for breathing in their drive thru if they could. There is a reason why there score is so low. Google search a more reputable bank.

Just called this branch and the tone and level of care was NONE in the persons voice. They dif not offer me any options to help clear a minor issue I had. They were very apparent in the fact they did not want to deal with me. This is very non typical of my banking experience with BBT but is becoming more common.

This One star review is both a review of this branch and BB&T in general. I have to use BB&T for my HSA due to my employer. Every experience has been negative. For starters the banker was not prepared to answer all of our questions. Secondly she put in the incorrect account number on the direct deposit form so it got returned and I had to go back. If BB&T had decided to enter the 21st century that form would be automated and not handwritten. We also never received our debit cards. I went in to address it and I sat in the lobby with no one greeting or directing me for five minutes. Then I was taken care of and the banker did a fine job, you know actually giving me a form with my account number on it. However I just got my statement and have a $3 service fee that isn't explained on the statement. So I called the 800 number and wasn't able to get through without a PIN. Then I called the branch number and was forwarded to a voicemail after a teller told me I would be forwarded to a banker. So I called back and have been on hold for 5 minutes. I finally got a hold of banker and apparently the $3 service fee is unavoidable with the HSA, which is both annoying and was not explained to me at account opening. I would bury my money like a squirrel buries acorns before I willingly used this garbage bank.

Branch only had 2 employees working the counter at 1145 on a Friday. Took way to long. Management needs to assess scheduling and personnel.

I've done my banking here for a few years now. I've been satisfied, it's just a bank and they've done their job. However I found out the hard way; their account alerts only work on the first account. I don't receive alerts for my second (checking) & third (savings) account. That was an expensive lesson ($252 in fees in one day!).

I walked in to discuss some fraudulent charges on my account; Sarah helped me quickly, and I just got those charges reversed today.
