“I wasn't impressed with this location the first time I used it, average rating, but a few days ago I went in and the new manager is a knowledgeable and friendly guy so I wanted to leave a review and share my support. 10/10 will go back.”

“Amber, and her team, are incredibly helpful and do a excellent job. She took care of all our needs during a very stressful time and I cannot thank her enough. I wish she could have followed us to our dropoff location. We are so grateful to her and thankful for U-haul!”

“We installed a new gas log fireplace and had Palmetto Come out and check for leaks. The representative discovered the connection from the gas line to the fireplace was incorrect and fixed it immediately for us. He went through the entire fireplace and checked everything for us. He also checked the propane tank and other appliances. He explained how our new gas logs work, and gave us the best practices for using them. This was same-day service for the morning that I called. We were impressed with the representative’s thoroughness, and decided to enroll in their annual service plan to ensure our family’s safety.”
