“Moving stuff from storage from Santa Cruz California to Columbia South Carolina. Picked up a Penske 16 foot box truck rental in Santa Cruz California. Santiago was very professional and helpful in Santa Cruz. Had some problems with the truck after leaving the Santa Cruz area. Penske roadside assistance was very active in trying to resolve the problem. Kenzie, Kevin and Guido did everything in their power to try and resolve the problem and make us feel comfortable. The truck made it safely across country. Returned the truck in West Columbia SC where the manager Davis did everything in his power to quickly process the return and satisfy our needs. Overall excellent service under the circumstances. Recommended.”

“Waylon Lawhon gave some of the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. He was quick, helpful, and really knew what he was doing. Didn’t waste time, didn’t make things complicated, just straight-up good service.
Because of that experience, I honestly don’t see myself going to another hardware store again. I go out of my way to come here now just because interactions like that are hard to find anymore. It makes a big difference when someone actually takes care of you like that. The staff at the front register were also very friendly and welcoming, which makes a big difference when you walk in. The overall experience here is consistently positive, and that level of service is the reason I keep coming back instead of going anywhere else. Big shoutout to everybody in the store!!!!
