“Update: I received a call from the District Manager and she has resolved this issue.
I would give ZERO STARS I can’t get anyone to return my many calls so I can get my stuff out of a unit they locked me out of because I accidentally put it in the wrong unit! Been calling since Friday and not one person will return calls nor be on site”

Brian worked hard to get us approved to return the trailer to our current location. I would use them again just because of their willingness to keep a customer safe, even though it meant loss of a trailer at their location.”
“This location (West Columbia, 400 Orchard Dr) is the ONE U-Haul location in the area that has its act together. General Manager Matthew Kirkland did a phenomenal job on a day where other locations (and U-Haul corporate) were dropping the ball. I wouldn't have gotten my move done without him. The facility is clean and air conditioned, the vehicle was there as promised and in great shape, and the process to check it out and check it back in went very smoothly.
