Custom service was terrible. Was overcharged and never got a receipt. Had to call 24 hour number to find out I was overcharged

The vehicle was dirty inside and out. I was supposed to receive a dozen blankets but received none yet was charged for not returning them The person that did the dispatch seem to have a great deal of difficulty dispatching the vehicle despite my having my reservation number and electronic rental agreement.
