Ryan was able to diagnose the issue within 1 hour, he QUICKLY worked with my extended warranty company and had the water pump replacement job done by the end of the next day. He was 100% honest about price and always stayed in communication with me. Safe to say I found my new mechanic. Highly recommend bringing your Audi to these guys.. They are pros.”
“First time visiting this shop. Called yesterday bc I had an alternator replaced & asked them to check my serpentine belt because it was making noises. Needless to say, didn't make it because it ended up popping off. Had to get towed. Upon arrival, the staff were friendly, and helpful. Explained they'll check alternator to be sure it's not crooked or anything & replace the belt. Gave me a quote. Few hours later, called to pick up. Definitely will be using them again. Paid about 130 for a serpentine belt to be replaced and put on.”
