“While I haven't been to Roy's for repairs in several years (which they are also incredible at), they were kind enough to help me find a replacement part for my husband's truck, get it ordered, painted, and installed for nearly half the price of what I found online. Linda, Chris and the entire team was impeccable at communication and went above and beyond for me and this surprise. I cannot recommend Roy's enough!”

“Dave at BH PDR was very flexible in working us in over the holiday to fix a nasty dent on our business truck. It came out better than expected and the price was very reasonable. As always Dave is professional, polite and great to work with!”

“Jamie (The Owner Of Neumiller Truck & Auto Body,) truly seems like an absolute class act based on some video auditing I personally experienced submitted by a gentleman and his son; which go by Amagansett Press (Jason) and The Watchman (Ben.)Jamie openly apologized on multiple opportunities (felt bad possibly coming off rash and/or aggressive) given as he felt a bit challenged and quite possibly threatened. Amagansett press and his son performed an auditing opportunity on live uncut video directly in front of his business address. Jamie's demeanor, response and lack of threat, was absolutely first-rate. Mr. Neumiller handled himself with a genuine, composed "class like" demeanor with that kind human level that our world seems to be missing. If I'm ever in the Rapid City, SI area, I would give him my business in an absolute heartbeat!Jamie, thank you for simply showing our world today in such a humanitarian level that is so absent in todays day to day operations. Restoring faith in humanity, we need for folks like Jamie in today's society!”

“The whole experience was absolutely wonderful. My 2023 Tacoma got hammered last summer with Hail and dents plus took out every dent I had more than 500 dents I absolutely recommend them. They take good care of their customers. They are not some fly by night dent repair place they are locally owned professionals. That stand by their work. For any hail damage this is the place to go.”

“I took in my Yukon for a 6" lift, and there were unforeseen complications due to a prior modification that the previous owner had done, but it wasn't obvious. The guys took care of the problem and were more than fair with me about the unforeseen complications.”

“I can't say enough good things about these guys. From their customer service to their level of expertise. I have used them for every body repair ever needed on our vehicles. The latest one required some back end repair. I dropped it off pretty dirty inside (I have dogs and kids that are always in the car) and it was cleaned inside and out! I didn't expect them to clean the inside but they went above and beyond as usual. We have moved further away from them in the last few years--but distance means very little when the trust is so high.”

“We had a great experience with Jeff at Doyle‘s. We are full-time RVrs and were only in the area a short time. Jeff got us in and out within two weeks time and did a fabulous job on the repair! Hopefully we won’t need it but should we ever need any work done in the future, we would certainly return to this shop, specifically to have Jeff do the work.”

“I skid on ice and hit another vehicle and did major damage to my fender and fender skirt. Took it to a collision center which State Farm recommended and they came up with a $5600 estimate, which the insurance would not pay because it was more than their formula would allow for my 18 year old car. So State Farm totaled the vehicle and I was left with a few choices. After having the alignment checked and finding it was fine I decided I wanted to keep the car if I could get it fixed for less than $5600. We already had done a few minor repairs on our own and were willing to live with a few other dings on the car. Brad at Lombardy Street Body and Repair squeezed me in and did an awesome job on the fender and skirt at a very reasonable price, which turned out to be less than he estimated. How honest is that! Highly recommend Brad for repair of your vehicle.”

“The service team at Liberty VW were amazing! I was driving through Rapid City on my way to Colorado and had some warning lights on my Taos that needed attention. At 3:30 in the afternoon with no appointment they were able to quickly diagnose the problem and get me back on the road. I am so appreciative! Salesperson Danny was also very welcoming and represented your dealership very well. It might be worth a long drive to Rapid City when it's time to purchase my next VW.”

“We experienced a difficult situation and needed a car badly. My husband started speaking by text to Jason Pate, a salesman at the Rapid City store. Our situation was difficult and our options limited. Jason and my husband found a possibility online. That option did not work out and it took the experience of the amazing finance officer and Jason's team to fit the pieces together to come up with a great solution. We are deeply grateful for everything everyone did to get it done. Much appreciation Jason Pate team!”

“Christine and the crew were very accommodating. They were able to arrange an appointment for me within two days of my initial contact with them. And though I couldn't have asked for more, they completed the repairs two hours early! This allowed me to get a jump on my three-hour drive back. The crew was very professional. It's what I've come to expect from Safelite. Great job!”
