We had an amazing experience at CARSTAR Collision Center-Rapid City! We were on day two of an 11 day family road trip when we were hit by a deer. Paul and the mechanics took great care of our car while the rest of the staff provided great hospitality. We were back on our road trip in no time!

The work completed was incredibly well-done! However, the original estimate for my car repair was 3 days, but then it took 7 days. It was very inconvenient to not have my car for that many days. Part of it was out of CarStar's control, so I don't have any ill will against them.
