They go above and beyond, staying in contact throughout the repair process. The work is impeccable, with cars looking brand new and even receiving detailing. The work is great. The front just needs better communication. I called to see if parts were (they were) and then set up time to bring it in. They are busy so that may be part of the problem. Everyone is supper nice and helpful while at the shop

We had an amazing experience at CARSTAR Collision Center-Rapid City! We were on day two of an 11 day family road trip when we were hit by a deer. Paul and the mechanics took great care of our car while the rest of the staff provided great hospitality. We were back on our road trip in no time!
