“My wife and I were traveling out west from SC in our Class C Sunseeker and hit a massive pot hole along the way. Not immediately, but soon after we started experiencing a vibration that got increasingly worse. Anyone with a motor home knows getting service away from home can be difficult.
Knowing this, I looked on line for a truck tire service place thinking it would be more likely to handle our problem. I found Bauer Built Tire in Sioux Falls, SD and spoke with Rex. I told him about my rig and what it was doing and he felt sure he could help.
This was on a Friday afternoon and we were scheduled to head to a new location on Sunday, so they jumped right on it. The drivers side front tire was shot and I had 31K on the others. They got me two new tires for the front, and James got them ready,, speed balanced them and did an alignment. They are a big truck service center but were able to fit my Class C on the alignment rack and got me ready for the road.
This service took place on August 23, 2024 and I waited to post this review until we had been on the road at highway speeds. No vibration and felt great relief.
Thanks to Rex, James and the rest of the staff at Bauer! They could not have been any nicer and more professional in their work.

“This last time that I brought my car they could not figure out why power was not going to my blower motor. The spent 2 hrs and cost me 150 bucks to tell me they couldn't find the problem. I bought it to another mechanic and he found the issue immediately fixed it and it cost me 113 bucks and most of that was labor. It was a relay. I don't understand why that wouldn't have been looked at first. I usually go to Manley for alot of things but after this situation I will he rethinking visiting them.

Update Manley gave me a call after they found out I was upset and made a call to me and resolved my concerns. They truly are an amazing I never thought in a million years that someone would read my review and try to fix it
