“Terry was a great person and helped me pick out my new appliances by explaining everything and also showing me a brand I never considered and ended up buying and saving money which is always great! Nick was great on the phone when I had some questions. Also Cody and the 2 gentlemen that delivered and installed my appliances were very professional and took a lot of care putting in my appliances to not scratch our floors . I did have an issue with the stove and fridge but Karl’s took care of them quickly. I would recommend Karl’s and their staff!”
