“I have been with Verizon for three years and currently closed my account due to Verizon itself is a big disappointment. In my mind there is only one rep that is worth talking to and that’s Keegan out of Brookings wireless. He has earned my respect.”
“AMAZING service! Mia was so helpful, friendly and informative. She helped me pick the right phone for me and seemed to really care. I'm glad I have a place like this to go to if I have problems.”
“Every time I have entered this store, my experience has been amazing, maybe sometimes I will wait maybe 5 minutes but they will always let me know and acknowledge me there. Most other stores will just turn their heads but not at this one. I live 1/2 hour from this store and have always felt good and always return here”
“Went in last night to switch over to T mobile. Jack was a huge help, made the process super simple. He showed me how to utilize all my perks and was very knowledgeable! Highly recommend! Big shoutout to Jack!”
