Terrible experience. Providing your own SS# isn't enough to verify who you are as a person to update your account information. Ridiculous.

Had a problem with their Mercury Mastercard called and reported it over the phone. They supposedly sent me a letter requiring the same information never received . They then closed the inquiry. They promised me 2% cash back oneverything I bought never recieved it. Called numerous times to no avail will never use them again.

This bank use to be good but in the last several years it has proven otherwise. Lack of consistency, delays in deposits, fees, etc. Beginning to compare to Wells Fargo. Miss the small town ownership this bank had to offer years ago.
