“By far the best banking experience I've had! From the website, to the mobile app or even the bank location in town! I had some incorrect charges from Apple which ended up being resolved, but I had to deactivate my card and instead of waiting forever to get a new one in the mail I was able to pick up a new one at the bank the next day! Every thing I've needed they have been so friendly and quick and always seem to have a surprisingly simple solution for me, which is such a contrast with the experiences I have had with several other banks!”

“so I had posted then deleted a review that was.bad because, well, they kicked out my daughter who was hacked. I was obviously upset by it all, so I left bad reviews. well, long story short, I was contacted by the regional manager, who looked into what happened and he offered an apology. I will be grateful they caught the hack, but I am beyond grateful they did correct a wrong. I highly recommend this bank. they could have just let us all go, but instead they went beyond the necessary things to help us out.”
