I saw Smyth's 123 five star reviews and called them first thing Monday. Dylon said have it towed in and we'll take a look. While we were at the shop, multiple customers came in and booked appts for later that week or the following week. I realized that they must proritize those in real need. They diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and had us on our way the next day. Super friendly staff and so accomodating and understanding of our plight. On a family trip through Yellowstone heading east to Maryland (home) with a planned stop at Mr. Rushmore, a mule deer ran into the side of my Subaru just 10 miles into South Dakota on hwy 16. I'll separately thank the Custer Sheriff's office, but I wanted to give a shout-out to Steele Collision. We stopped in there just at closing, and wanted some opinions and advice. I was not being able to stick around Custer for repair, but they gave me their time, some really good advice, and eased our minds. I would use this shop if I were a local.
