“My engine light had come on in my van and we spotted the Rapid Auto Repair Shop. We stopped and the doors were locked. As we were turning around we saw a gentleman coming out the back door. We asked him if he could help us and he said 'sure'. He had just set his security alarm and so we had to wait a few minutes. He got his diagnostic tool out and was able to assure me that it was nothing major but when I get back to Iowa that I should have my mechanic change an O2 sensor. Mitchell was extremely professional and very kind!!! He went out of his way for me and I would highly recommend him to anyone that is in the Keystone, SD area.”
