“Good place in town to get groceries and other essentials. They might want to get their little rat friend that hangs in the frozen area isles. That definitely isn't a good look. Otherwise a good place.”

“Very nice place. The staff is friendly and there's a good variety of snacks and beverages to choose from. I'll definitely visit this place again the next time I'm in Custer.”

“Tommy and Jason have helped me the times I've been there. They're both friendly every time I go to Corner Pantry, with smiles and answers to any questions I might have. Tommy's the one whose been working if I'm gambling and she's ? amazing. Manages to get me giggling even when I'm cranky and just looking for a distraction.

Honestly, both those 2 deserve a raise imo, just based on their outstanding customer service skills. Whoever hired them made the right move.”

“The two ladies working were wonderful!!! They attended to our needs, the hot breakfast was full of delicious food and super fresh as they were making new food all morning as customers bought. I was very impressed about how friendly & attentive they were even though the store was very busy. :)”

“This Conoco was just a quick stop for me on my way back from Custer State Park. And from what I saw, it was similar to most small town convenience stores that I have seen.

The store was basic and had a great amount of products for a gas station store in Custer. Ranging from chips to snack cakes and even ice cream, the store has many of your essential items you may need if camping nearby, despite not being the place to purchase fresh food and produce.

I came in here just to purchase water, but in those two minutes, I was in the convenience store, I was flattered at just how well upkept these facilities are. Additionally, there was a casino across the store that is attached to anybody willing to gamble who is of the age of 21+.

Simply, this is a great convenience store for those passing through, but not for those looking to stay long-term in nearby Custer State Park or those headed to Mount Rushmore.”
