“Very cool historic inn. Our room was spacious, with a high ceiling and a comfortable bed. The carpet was very worn. A lot of renovating was happening and the hallways were filled with equipment and supplies so it was hard to navigate with a luggage cart. The AC was good. Very close and walkable to everything. The lobby had a cafe and seating areas. Assigned parking spot so not worrying about that! A little dark in the room and bathroom. Looks like they are doing some updating. Overall a great place to stay in Deadwood.”

“The Bullock Hotel was everything we thought it would be! The location was so convenient for this walkable town, the rooms were super clean and had everything we needed. Bullys was an excellent choice for our breakfast, the staff was friendly, we will be back!”

“The Martin & Mason Hotel was an awesome hotel. I was met at the door with a friendly greeting and the red carpet experience.
Check was easy, very thorough explanation where my room was located and thank goodness a reserved parking space.
Best breakfast spot in town”

“We had an emergency while in Deadwood SD and needed an overnight room. When we went to check in that night, the extremely nice (and funny) front desk man alerted me to the fact that I had accidentally booked a room for the following night. Seeing our distress, he was quick to check on availability. Unfortunately, they had none left as the rodeo was in town. Upon checking their affiliate hotels, he was able to locate one last suite for the evening and upgraded us at no cost. I wish I could remember the front desk man's name, but if you see him, thank him for his service to our country!😊”
“We came in at the end of Sturgis and left right after Car show started.
Staff is extremely helpful and the hotel is beautiful. Comfortable beds and great showers. Front facing rooms have gorgeous view. No issues with room size for 5 days. Only thing I think they should add is a desk and chair in any rooms that they will fit it.”
“The best stay we ever had. Finding the check in counter was alittle difficult cause it's on the second floor. But the host was great, breakfast was awesome though I wish they had options for both cheese omelets and the one with peppers. I only saw the cheese ones once and we were there for three days. I don't like peppers. They had pancake machines and you could add whip cream and chocolate on top. Unfortunately pool was not close by. Good restaurants down on first floor and has Catallac Jack's casino.”
“Room was nice and clean and really high ceilings which was interesting. Excellent location, parking is pricey here and didn't have their paid breakfast. There is a food court and couple restaurants on site.”
“I loved this place. Just a warning that water is scalding hot and could easily burn and don't plan on the pull out couch for a bed. It was terrible. It was very quiet except for street noise in the morning. We will definitely stay here again.Walkability: Very easy walk to main street and breakfast right across the street”
“Erin was amazing! She’s been taking care of us every year since we come to Deadwood kool nights!!!! She’s always coming around making sure we are good and smiles. Very friendly! Will keep coming back to see her on the patio!”

“We eat lunch at the restaurant and tge food was delicious. Burgers came out hot and full of flavor. My salad was plentiful and fresh. Beer was very cold. Service was excelkent. Jocelyn was our server and she was very attentive and friendly. I would certainly recommend this restaurant and server!”

“When we arrived we weren't sure what to expect. It was a pleasant surprise. It has been revamped inside. Our room wasn't very big; but that king size bed was!! The ceiling goes up forever. But there's no echo. All amenities are included. The bathroom was almost the same size as the bedroom. Very nice shower!! Proximity to Casinos and restaurants is greatly appreciated. We love this place and this town.”

“The rooms were beautiful and overlooked Deadwood. The lady checking us in told us the history of the mill, adding the casino and eventually the hotel. It was a very short walk to the main street for dinner!”
