About Ramada by Wyndham Keystone Near Mt Rushmore
Ramada by Wyndham Keystone Near Mt Rushmore offers a wonderful stay with an excellent location. It is right on the boardwalk in Keystone, steps from downtown, making it walkable to restaurants and shops of all kinds. The location is minutes from Mt. Rushmore and cannot be beat.
The staff is friendly, welcoming, and provides excellent customer service, often going above and beyond. Rooms are very clean, with a good layout, and are better than pictured. The beds are described as comfortable, amazing, and the most comfortable, though some guests note they are very firm. The hotel is nice and quiet, offering a perfectly fine stay.
Guests enjoyed the pool and hot tub, which were great after a day of driving. The rates are reasonable for the area. There is no free breakfast, but coffee, iced water, and morning muffins are provided. The hotel is older and could use renovation, especially the carpet, but it remains a clean, comfortable, and worthwhile choice for visiting the Black Hills.

Hotel was very clean. The rooms don't have a ton of room between the beds and the bureau but there is enough. The bathroom sounds were well insulated from the room. The beds were comfortable. Staff were very helpful. We recommend.

Staff was friendly and courteous, they were able to check me in early although I had not requested it. It's conveniently located to the local amenities, and the accommodations were great. Breakfast was good and there seemed to be plenty. Only drawback was no guide channel on the TV.

Nice place to stay. Clean, roomy, friendly staff. I would definitely stay again, HOWEVER, the shower/ tub faucet needed to be totally replaced. It pulled off the wall when pulling up knob for shower(which couldn't be pulled up correctly) so the water came out the spigot, when it should have only come out the shower...
