I decided to take a shot in the dark and call Westy's knowing they were a gas station, not a towing company. I called, right in the midst of telling my story, they asked "no problem, where are they at?" After telling them the location and them promptly remedying the situation, I tried to pay them for their trouble and was told that was not necessary and just to have the guys fill up their tank there after the rescue and we can call that even. The Iowa retailer, the third-largest convenience store operator in the country, built its new three-year plan around three priorities: store growth, food and beverage expansion, and kitchen technology upgrades. The company plans to add 120 stores during the current fiscal year. Its previous plan, launched in 2023, delivered more than 500 new stores and earned the company a spot in the S&P 500.
