“I was on an extended road trip when I noticed that it was time for an oil change and to rotate my tires. My husband always believed that an oil change at the right time could extend the life of your vehicle. So I always followed his thinking. So not knowing anybody to ask I went on line to check reviews saw Bob's Auto Service there reviews were pretty good so tried to call, the line was busy forever so decided to drive over yes they we're that busy but made an appointment for the day after. Well took car in and asked if they could do a once over since the car had been on the road for a while. Could they check fluids, belts, and things under the hood they were also going to rotate the tires.Well sure enough they found a problem the front seal was seeping this could have turned into a major problem and I never would have found it on my own.If it wasn't for those guys doing such a good job I could have been driving anywhere and run into seriousissues by myself. So all the reviews were true. They sure did right by me”

“I hit some road debris that flipped up and scraped one of my doors, taking the paint off, down to the metal. I must have called at least six repair shops in the area, and none of them would even give me an appointment for an, “estimate”, that was less than two weeks out. Total Collision took the time to discuss the damage with me on the phone, and because it was relatively minor damage, they had me bring it in for an estimate that same day. Again, because of the small area to be repaired, they were able to schedule and complete the repair in a few days. I had the vehicle repaired and back to me in less time than other shops would have taken to even give me an estimate. Their pricing seemed reasonable based on my experience. The quality of the repair was outstanding. It looks factory fresh to me. I appreciate their services and attention to the customer.”

“Overall great experience during a stressful time. A deer jumped into the front right corner of our only vehicle while my husband was on his way towork causing extensive damage to the side of our car. ABRA was able to get us in quickly and our estimated completion date was very reasonable. The receptionist made sure we had pickup accommodations and even kindly offered to call our rental car company to pick us up. ABRA kept us updated throughout the whole process and even finished 3 days early which saved us money on our out of pocket portion of our rental. The pickup process was simple and our vehicle looks as good as new.”

“My spouse and I went into Courtesy Subaru back in September 2022 to look at the Outbacks. We met Steve. Steve was incredibly patient throughout the whole process. He showed us the vehicles and answered all our questions. We wanted to give it a few days to think it over. There was no pressure whatsoever, and Steve told us to let him know when we were ready. We can back shortly later to order an Outback Wilderness. Steve took the time to make sure we got everything we wanted, crunched numbers for us, and offered a trade-in on our vehicle above the blue book value. It took ~6 months to receive the vehicle, but Steve kept us informed on the car's status during that time. We just picked up our car this week, and we could not be happier. I wasn't surprised to hear people say that once they get a Subaru, they stick with it. But we were completely blown away by the customer service. Seriously, it was one of the best experiences we've ever had in buying a vehicle. Even after purchasing it, Steve said to occasionally stop by for a car wash and to just say hi. I highly recommend Courtesy Subaru. If you go-definitely go thru Steve! You won't be disappointed.”
