“Jamie (The Owner Of Neumiller Truck & Auto Body,) truly seems like an absolute class act based on some video auditing I personally experienced submitted by a gentleman and his son; which go by Amagansett Press (Jason) and The Watchman (Ben.)Jamie openly apologized on multiple opportunities (felt bad possibly coming off rash and/or aggressive) given as he felt a bit challenged and quite possibly threatened. Amagansett press and his son performed an auditing opportunity on live uncut video directly in front of his business address. Jamie's demeanor, response and lack of threat, was absolutely first-rate. “Overall great experience during a stressful time. A deer jumped into the front right corner of our only vehicle while my husband was on his way towork causing extensive damage to the side of our car. ABRA was able to get us in quickly and our estimated completion date was very reasonable. The receptionist made sure we had pickup accommodations and even kindly offered to call our rental car company to pick us up. ABRA kept us updated throughout the whole process and even finished 3 days early which saved us money on our out of pocket portion of our rental. The pickup process was simple and our vehicle looks as good as new.”

“First time using Safelite. Had a pencil eraser sized chip on windshield, right in middle of drivers line of sight. Safelite explained the process and all possible outcomes. My insurance company set up the appointment in advance. Staff was very courteous and professional. Repair too about 40 minutes to complete. Chip is gone. Very pleased with the outcome, looks great. Future chips will be handled by Safelite.”
