“I've had an account with SFCU since I was a teenager. my debit card served me well as I grew into an adult and now had bills to pay. I've always received exceptional service from SFCU however, their customer service really shined when I needed a loan for a new car. Pat assisted me with the loan and communicated with me and explained the whole process to me. I had issues when it came to finally making the payment with the loan, however it was not SFCU fault. They were, however, able to assist me by telling me why the payment wasn't going through and how to fix it and we were eventually able to get the payment through. My experience with SFCU stands out compared to other experiences I've had with banks.”

“I needed some documents notarized for my mother and my bank said she had to be a member to have this done. I couldn't even pay them to do it.
So I went down the street to Security First Bank on 5th street as my mother has an insurance policy with them. They said they would do it even if she didn't have an account with them! My mother has mobility issues and they offered to go out into the parking lot to our car so my mother didn't have to get out and walk inside.
That's10 star customer service! I may be moving to a new financial institution for my banking needs!
