I have had a horrible time with the agent not listening or doing what I asked. We had her delete a vehicle and driver only to have it reappear on our policy 6 months later!Contacted Supervisor only to be told they have never seen that happen before smh. Then had to provide proof that we no longer had vehicle or driver....
