The Best Western Ramkota Hotel is in a good location, right off the interstate and in the center of everything. It is a very large hotel with a very large parking lot and is great for families, featuring an indoor water park and pools. The hotel has a very nice attached restaurant on premise with good food and good value. Rooms are clean and can be very large, though some are a little tired with outdated elements. The hotel overall is in decent shape, but staffing shortages can lead to issues like rooms not being cleaned daily, missing amenities, and poorly stocked lobby bathrooms. The employees are noted as a very friendly group. Some guests report problems with rude treatment, maintenance details like peeling paint, and poor TV service.
Right off the freeway convent. Close to a lot stores by a Mall and food venues to choose from. The front desk was great about fixing are room accommodations from what mistaken on the web site they straightened it out.
