The team offers strong support, from customer care to technical services. A specific instance of community service involved a driver who assisted in recovering a lost item by contacting the police. Another employee was thanked for physically helping disabled individuals when an elevator was out of service. While the service itself is called the best in the area by a long-term customer, a significant complaint is aimed at the company's website. Customers report the website has low quality, with extremely slow load times and frequent error codes when trying to access it, an issue that persists across different networks and mobile devices. Thank you Midco driver, I am the one who lost the bike bag on my way to the Rapid City post office. I asked a driver if he could call the police to help find it. He must have, the police had it and I git it back because of good Samaritans like you. Thak you, Thor
