“Bought a very high dollar jewelry item that had some damage that neither myself or them noticed on intake of the item, I brought it back immediately when I noticed and they completely made it right and got it fixed for me as fast as possible. They easily could have brushed me off or told me it is what it is but they went the EXTRA mile to make things right. That's not to say that they warranty pawned items but in this instance they kept a returning customer very happy! Good people!!”
