When I was finally returned my watch, the battery was dead and the door of the pocket watch was ripped clean off. “I came into this shop about 2-3 years ago looking for some new walking shoes. I am now in my 70's and very active. Did lots of running in my younger years. The owner is very knowledgeable and helpful. He recommended some NB and heel cork inserts which worked perfectly and was able to enjoy my walks again. Just purchased another pair today and do not require the heel lifts anymore. I highly recommend this shop.”

“Bought a very high dollar jewelry item that had some damage that neither myself or them noticed on intake of the item, I brought it back immediately when I noticed and they completely made it right and got it fixed for me as fast as possible. They easily could have brushed me off or told me it is what it is but they went the EXTRA mile to make things right. That's not to say that they warranty pawned items but in this instance they kept a returning customer very happy! Good people!!”

“I ordered a bridal set on-line, (replacement of my original wedding ring) it came in about a week, it was beautiful but the prongs were really jagged and sticking up, caught on everything. I tried gently pushing them down, now not quite a month later the prongs broke and the stone fell out. When I contacted Gold Diggers and asked for a replacement and a call tag for the defective set they refused. I am renewing my wedding vows in just over a week, and really need my rings. So far they are refusing to stand behind their product. Very upsetting......not sure what to do. UPDATE: Gold Diggers sent a call tag, picked up my ring, repaired it and sent it back in time for my trip to Vegas. The ring is BEAUTIFUL again. Thank you Gold Diggers!!!”
