“Our U-Boxes were delivered to this location, and although there was some initial miscommunication between the staff and us, everything worked out well in the end. Michelle and Mark were especially helpful, they did an excellent job setting up the U-Boxes on the trailer and assisting us in transporting them to our house for unloading.”
“We made an appointment and took our Winnebago tour in for service, Jimmy and staff had the best service and prices that we have received from any truck service center in the U.S. thanks Black Hills Truck & Trailer, we will be back as often as we can for service for our RV.”
“Great service and team at this location. In and out in 15 minutes. I believe JT was the name of rep who helped usYou read negative reviews about this location. They are a U-Haul team, not miracle workers. Just plan like a responsible adult and you won’t run into any issues!”

“Friendly when we pickup the rental. Answered our questions. The young man was very friendly, even if he filled in for one of his co-worker, he was very informative and helpful.”
“A mighty fine car rental company! They pick you up at the airport and deliver you there with all courtesy when complete! It was a 2015 vehicle that we received but it was very clean and well maintained in their fleet of cars. Amazing and friendly personnel that service you from beginning to completion! Kudos to the team!! Thanks Jon!”

“This place is AMAZING!!!! Not only are they super friendly and cheaper than the airport but they go above and beyond! Its 100% worth the 12 minute Uber ride to save so much money for a great car! I absolutely recommend them and will definitely use them again on our next trip out to the Black Hills!”
