I had a 3rd party service technician come by and check my TV. The tech informed me that the company that he works for will provide an answer if they will repair or replace the TV set. The tech was very kind to let me to wait 1 week and call his company for update. I waited and the company rep informed me over the phone that the insurance company will not repair and that I should contact Geeksqaud at Best Buy for the next step.”
