About Budget Car Rental
The rental service offered great cars and friendly staff. Customers had a great experience with easy pick up and return, no hassle and the best rates. The staff were helpful at the airport and offered an upgrade at a reduced cost, very nice. They accommodated last minute one way rentals and even upgraded to a free minivan for a cross country drive. While one car had some screen issues and a rude attitude from a key drop off person made the experience poor, overall the service was compassionate, understanding and great.

Car had some screen issues but otherwise was great, Samantha helped me when I got to the airport and she was great but whoever I dropped the keys off back too was so rude, had a terrible attitude and made the experience poor

They say rental cars are boring....it was. The rental service wasn't! Thank you to the car rental service I had to travel down to Springfield, South Dakota and I had a great time!
