“We referred a customer to this store while they were in the area because we suspected an issue with their vehicle battery. The staff took the time to remove and test the battery, determined that the original battery was still good, and honestly explained that to the customer. They reinstalled the original battery and did not charge them anything.
That level of integrity is hard to find. They easily could have sold and installed a replacement battery without saying otherwise, but instead they did the right thing. We truly appreciate their honesty and excellent customer service.”
