“My phone had not been working good for quite sometime. I went to Verizon on Kiwanis and 41st Street in Sioux Falls and met with Seth to purchase a new phone. The process took about 45 minutes to set up and transfer. Seth informed me of everything he was doing and made sure I understood. His was friendly, knowledgable and professional. He gave me a business card and said to call if I had problems or if the phone wasn't working. I would recommend him to family and friends.”

He also kept corporate on their toes by making sure they applied a discount that was applied the day before but the power went out so the transaction couldn’t be finalized until the following day. He’s honest and doesn’t beat around the bush. Friendly, knowledgeable, and deserves a raise!!”

“I was here tonight because my daughter needed a new phone. We ended up going somewhere else to purchase the phone. Because unfortunately there is no price match here. But we came back and the lady helped my daughter with setting her new phone up. My daughter was very anxious and at times was very frustrating. The lady was absolutely amazing with my her. She had such a huge amount of patients and I can't be grateful enough. I never did catch her name but I appreciate everything she did for my daughter!!!”

“The staff is super to work with. The girl that works there is so knowledgeable and helpful! I got my case and screen protector there. I unfortunately have dropped my phone and there isn't even a scratch on the protector. The guy there has helped me with my phone, there were a couple problems and he fixed them for me. I have nothing but good things to say about this place.”
