“I called about snow blower availability and talked to Dallas. He told me what they had in stock and was very knowledgeable on the product. When I went to the store to pay, he explained the snow blower, how to take care of it and how to run it. He agreed to deliver it to my home free of charge. When he delivered, he again explained how to operate it and then made sure I was comfortable with operating it before he left.”

“Very clean store. Harbor freight tends to have helpful employees but I felt like this location went above and beyond. I will also say they were very busy when I arrived but I managed to get help fairly quickly which is a big deal to me. Don Kaarre, from the Sioux Falls store, had all the answers I needed for a direct replacement of my awning style units. The product selection was good and the unit price was well within my budget. The windows arrived in relatively good time and Don had arranged with a local installer to remove the old windows and install the new. The installer showed up ready to work and had all the new windows installed in under two days. Amazing quality of work! They look great and function as designed. I'm very happy with the result.”
