He also kept corporate on their toes by making sure they applied a discount that was applied the day before but the power went out so the transaction couldn’t be finalized until the following day. “Regional manager Ryan and store manager Summer did an amazing job of service! I was 25 years with Sprint (nextel which combined with sprint), then switched to Verizon, which did NOT take care of our issues with defective phones even though we tried to resolve them. Once out of contract went into this AT&T store on Black Friday - the team TOTALLY took care of us - great rates, met needs, and when there was a challenge with shipping the phones went above and beyond resolving things. HIGHLY recommend! (note I was getting a business account and brought 4 phones over, likely more in future!) Before I started my own business, I worked in cellular for 3+ years also - and this was certainly one of my 'best ever' experiences working with cellular reps from start to completion!”

“Man we saved alot of money by switching to cricket! And they have great service! We were late getting off of work so we didn't get to the store until 5:55pm and the store closed at 6pm! Anyway the computer crashed and the order wasn't going through but Anthony, the best employee of all time ,stayed an extra hour after closing to make sure we were all good! Best service I've had a a phone place ever!”

“Came into Verizon huffy and puffy because of my previous phone provider and there lack of help (at&t) I had three lines (2 phones, one watch) paying closer to $300 dollars a month. Had called at&t for help they didn't want to help so I said cool I'm going with Verizon, dead silent on the phone and at&t store.Came to Verizon at 6:59pm and it was packed, didn't think I'd get help. But after 5 minutes Justin called my name. I told him I'm with at&t and having issues. He offered to help.I wanted a phone, a tablet, and a watch (something I was trying to do at at&t) he got me approved had everything in stock, and was getting everything set up.8pm the store was closing, Justin and Tom worked for another 30 minutes to get everything working correctly.Justin and Tom, you are amazing, you got great customer service, and great heads on your shoulders. We need more people like you”
