Today a young girl helped me, I think they call her Madeline, she does everything very quickly, she has already helped me twice, I would go to cricket just for her sake:)

It's OK when not so busy. It's the occasional times when spending so much time with a customer that drives us nuts. Had us wish there were more ppl back there to help out at times.
