Staybridge Suites Sioux Falls at Empire Mall by IHG offers a very nice hotel experience with great amenities and top-notch customer service. The staff, led by Melissa, is friendly and genuinely cares about guest happiness. Guests appreciate the clean and modern facilities, including rooms designed like one-bedroom apartments with full kitchens. The beds are soft, and the indoor pool is a highlight. Breakfast offers a decent selection of hot and fresh items, served with real ceramics and silverware. Additionally, guests enjoy a complementary happy hour with light dinner from Monday to Wednesday. While some minor issues were noted, such as noise from neighboring rooms and hot water temperature, the overall experience is enjoyable, making it a preferred choice for both short and long stays.
This hotel is updated and very nice. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Excellent kitchen in the room.

Wonderful staff! Breakfast good, the pool was amazing very nice not Ice cold just cool. Hottub not too hot. Can get out of hottub straight into pool and not gasp! Beds very comfortable. All very clean!! Definitely will stay again if in the area

Front desk was very friendly, my room was clean, and the location was very convenient. It also helped that this hotel wasn't as crowded or noisy as the others nearby. 10/10 definitely recommend!
