Another team member helped locate a specific item and retrieved it from the back when shelves were empty, demonstrating extra effort. The drive-up service at Target is quick and convenient, allowing customers to receive their orders and be on their way quickly. However, the store’s dressing rooms were often dirty, with dust bunnies and unvacuumed carpets. Customer experience with checkout can be frustrating, as there are often not enough registers open, leading to long waits or crowded self-checkout lines. Overall, Target offers good service and helpful staff but could improve cleanliness and wait times at checkout.
