“We have always gone to Karl’s to purchase our appliances so after our last purchase 15 years ago, we returned for a kitchen and laundry refresh. Drew was our salesman and was very knowledgeable about the products and steered us in the direction of a beautiful LG set. Delivery happened less than a week later by Crew 2 (Jake & Joey). Both men were very professional and courteous. They made sure everything was level and that I was comfortable with how the new appliances operated. We are hopeful to get the same 15 years out of the new stuff but when they do quit, we’ll head right back to Karl’s because of how they treat us each time!”

“I cannot recommend this business enough. From the very beginning, the entire experience was outstanding. The level of customer service, communication, and professionalism exceeded my expectations. Kori was absolutely exceptional throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond to ensure I was informed, comfortable, and completely satisfied every step of the way. From helping with the ordering process to following through until delivery, she was always available to answer questions, provide updates, and make sure everything went smoothly. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about her customers and takes great pride in providing an exceptional experience. It’s becoming increasingly rare to find businesses that prioritize customer satisfaction the way this team does. Their attention to detail, commitment to quality, and willingness to go the extra mile truly set them apart. If you’re looking for a company that values its customers and stands behind its service, this is the place to go. A huge thank you to Kori and the entire team for making this such a positive experience. Keep up the outstanding work—you’ve earned a customer for life!”

“I was here tonight because my daughter needed a new phone. We ended up going somewhere else to purchase the phone. Because unfortunately there is no price match here. But we came back and the lady helped my daughter with setting her new phone up. My daughter was very anxious and at times was very frustrating. The lady was absolutely amazing with my her. She had such a huge amount of patients and I can't be grateful enough. I never did catch her name but I appreciate everything she did for my daughter!!!”
