Update: Had another great experience at this Target. This time with the Starbucks barista. She was working alone but was efficient and helpful and patient as I changed my mind on the details of my iced lavender matcha latte multiple times. Oat milk, no simple syrup, etc... This was March 25, Wednesday, around 2:45pm. I didn't catch her name. I love great service. Thank you!!! Great latte. It was heaven.”
“I had trouble with a cricket phone I had purchased and had stopped in at this location to see if they could help. Sara figured out what was wrong with it right away and the store manager even purchased a new SIM card for me so I could walk out with a working phone. Hizmo is so amazing for paying it forward!! I need to give massive credit to Gage and Jason - these two absolutely saved the day and restored my faith in customer service.
When I first started this process, I was completely lost. The promotion seemed impossible to navigate, the requirements were confusing, and I'd already been passed around multiple times with no real answers. I was frustrated, exhausted, and honestly ready to just walk away from the whole thing.
Then Gage and Jason stepped in.
These two didn't just help me - they became my advocates. They tag-teamed the entire situation, making sure nothing fell through the cracks. When one hit a roadblock, the other found a solution. They explained every confusing detail, fought through the backend complications, and refused to give up even when the process got ridiculously difficult.
What impressed me most wasn't just their knowledge (though they clearly knew their stuff) - it was their genuine commitment to making this work. They could have easily passed me off or given me the runaround like others did. Instead, they took ownership, stayed patient, and saw it through to the end.

“I came in with a screen issue on my laptop they then shipped it to the service center service center said that they fixed it but then I was informed by Eric Rice that they unfortunately did not fix the issue. He then told me he will give me a full refund on the laptop so I can use it to buy a new one. Eric Rice, apologize about the whole situation, but I know it wasn’t his fault at all. Eric rice was good to me the whole time and was sorry that it happened.”

“On June 25th Karl’s service man came to look at our old Maytag clothes washer that stop working. He found multiple problems and Called Maytag. They had the parts and ordered them. Said parts s/b in on Friday 27th. If so he would come on Friday. Got call on Friday he is on the way with parts. Installed the parts and washer works great.
Service man’s name was Ervin. He is a complete professional. Kept his word and said if anything changed he would let us know. In my opinion he did a great job and should be commended by Karl’s management.”
