“Dustin helped me at the arrowhead mattress firm and he did a wonderful job! Amazing customer service. Very helpful and explanitory and very nice!!! Highly recommended!”
“One of the cleanest most organized well maintained facilities I've been to in sioux falls by far, Roxanne and her team has built something amazing and you can tell just by walking in that place. Look forward to doing more business with RNDC in the future!”
“I always go here, instead of the Blue Beacon up the road at the Love's. I love Blue Beacon, but this place here is a real time saver. You can be at that Blue Beacon for almost 2 hours before getting your trailer washed out. This place. 15-20 minutes and you're done. That's with there already being another e r truck in the washout bay. Friendly staff. Quick and easy. Highly recommended.”
“Costco is really the place to go in this city. I know a lot of people compare it to Sam's Club, even within my own family, but there are some major important facts:
1. Costco treats it employees better. This can predominantly be seen in the lower turnover rate, better pay, better benefits, and better health insurance coverage.
2. The products are very similar but there is a big difference between the two. If you are a person that likes namebrand stuff, Sam's Club may be for you (aka Jif for peanut butter, Pam for cooking spray, etc). Not to say that those things aren't at Costco, as they carry some namebrand stuff (ie Smuckers sandwiches, Keurig coffee pods), but less of it. However, Costco likes to source their stuff from more ethical or high quality places and have better organic choices.
3. Sam's Club has the scan-and-go setup as well as pickup, while Costco has better employee access and help while going through the store. I've walked through Sam's Club and thought it was a ghost town. Whereas you walk through Costco and see employees giving out samples, helping people find things, and handing out boxes. It is just a completely different experience! I know someone who loves Sam's simply because they can place the order, pick it up on the side of the building, and leave within 10-20 minutes. I prefer to go in and see the products I'm buying and have always been treated well at both the self-checkout and regular checkouts.
4. Costco really has almost everything you need. I leave Costco feeling like I only need one or two more things (smaller or more specific items such as a bunch of green onions or the Hello! deodorant that I'm attached to) while I would leave Sam's feeling like I needed to then go next door to Walmart.
Overall, I think Costco is better in the experience and value, while Sam's is lacking in substance and customer care.”
“What's not to love about Costco? Glad that there's one in this city, as there aren't really any west of here for a while. Gas is cheap, as is everything in the store relative to the outside world. Picked up a pair of jogger pants and herbed almonds, yum! The churro I got was also fantastic as it was crunchy outside and soft inside, warm still. Great produce, great selection, also hooray for samples!”
