“Was picking up glucose strips for my friend and I didn't remember the name of them she was very patient with me and allowed me to call my friend and ask him exactly what they were called and she found them right away and helped me with them. Had my three-year-old nanny son in the car with me and she was full of smiles and had a conversation with him.”
“Great price for gas. However, need to maintain equipment. (This is now the third time. No receipt paper ... no receipt. The service people can not produce a receipt ... so you have to go into the store/ service desk for a simple receipt.)”

“Louis drug they have really truly stepped up to the plate. We get our prescriptions here we buy our flowers and pots here but when my wife had emergency and had to fly to San Diego, they sent my wife’s prescriptions all to San Diego for her free cost will be shopping at Louis drug for a long time”

“I’ve had nothing but extremely positive experiences with this pharmacy. There is a massive shortage on my ADHD meds, the staff is so great at getting what I need. Very fast unlike other pharmacies, super kind. I can’t say anything negative! I would highly recommend trying this pharmacy if you need a new one! Much better than other Hy-Vee locations in town as well!”

Best to contact to have scripts done in advance via rx application or call.Wait time on scripts is appropriate for situation. Examples: such as reorder/ needed Doctor calls to refill scripts. Chairs by pharmacy for any wait time. Wheel chair accessible.”
“I've always found Walgreens to be a great store, it just makes a huge difference as to where the particular Walgreens you go to is located. I lived in a bad neighborhood back in Rhode Island, hence, it was a really lousy store. They got bad customers and it put the staff in a bad mood and that made the customers even crankier and it became a big circle of negativity. But you could go a mile down the road to a different store and the customers were much nicer which made the staff much nicer. I know that the staff isn't supposed to let how the customers behave dictate THEIR behavior, but if we are going to be realistic, no one is going to keep a smile every day all day when you are being cussed at and screamed at by customers all day every day.”
“I've been going here for two and a half years. Every encounter, whether with a pharmacist or pharmacy technician has been excellent. Everyone has been friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Usual wait is zero to two minutes, occasionally three to five.”

“Get the app for your smartphone and skip waiting in line. I don't understand how many people stand in line 3 people deep with 100 items and probably have a smart phone in their pocket. When I was in here last time, the app wasn't working and made you go to a checkout and scan the barcodes on your phone. Annoying. Same deal at the gas pump

“Only my third time visiting Costco but I think I'll stick to Sam's. Prices are higher. No "scan and go". Line too long for self checkout so we went to a regular line. Checker was rude and unwelcoming. Won't go again. Plan to call and cancel my membership.”
