I must admit that bringing in my cat to be cremated was incredibly hard, but the staff was so friendly and empathetic to me. I've recommended their services to so many others who also rave highly about this location. You will not regret taking your beloved pets for veterinary care or cremation services when that time comes.

Glacial Lakes Veterinary Clinic
1200 9th Ave SE, Watertownhorrible experience. they lied about how my dog was doing after her surgery and said they wanted to keep her another night but that nothing was wrong. 3 hours after bringing her home she was vomiting blood and mucus and could not stand. I brought her to a different vet the same day and she said it was internal infection throughout her body. We had to say goodbye to our sweet dog 4 hours after bringing her home from Glacial Lakes. I went back to Glacier Lakes the next day and they refused to take any responsibility. But of course they billed for everything ? please read my full review on Yelp

The Vets & Staff who walked us through everything were so wonderful - our grief is still very raw & they showered her with such GRACE & PEACE. We will be forever grateful to them for this. Thank you for getting her ashes & paw print to us quickly as well.
