“I told Julie, the assistant manager, I wanted a shoe with lots of cushion in the heal, my shoe size, and nothing else. Within minutes she had 6 or more styles for me to try and while I liked the look of all of them the third pair I tried on were perfect. I would have been there so much longer without her help and probably left frustrated with shoes I wasn't as happy with.
