“I first began bringing my car to Hayes a few years back when I had moved away from home to attend University. Being out and on my own was nerve wracking… especially when it came to car troubles. I can say HANDS DOWN, Hayes is the best local automotive shop to bring your car to, and they have been able to help me with a variety of issues over the years including routine maintenance, battery changes, light bulb replacements, and even replacing my AC compressor belt. Hayes has always been extremely helpful in getting my car squeezed in to their busy schedule whenever I had a car emergency, and arranging for pick-up times that worked for me. I never once felt hustled or that I would be taken advantage of (I know absolutely nothing about cars). The staff at Hayes are very caring and compassionate, and come off as genuinely ‘good people.’ I am so appreciative I have been able to take my vehicle to this shop over these past few years and will continue to highly recommend them to all I know. “So my brother has an 09cvpi and we couldn't get the ac to stay running we showed up at noon on a Saturday he said come on in ill get yall fixed up. My brother had replaced the sensors line connectors relay filled the ac with several different cans jic. after a couple of hours fred himself took a look at it and showed us that one of the grounds in the fuse panel wasnt operating correctly and he could fix it if we brought it back in a few days or show us how... So we eagerly listened cuz we like to make a day out of things til theyre done. So he charged us for dumping and filling the ac and we went home and fixed it thanks to him...its so cold now and for only really what came down to 2hrs of shop time and an hour of ours, its fixed and i now know a new thing to test for...thanks fred, unparalleled service 6 stars”
“My daughter's car was damaged at a construction site (concrete was splattered on her car's paint). I called Brandon to get his opinion on what should be done. He asked me to swing by for him to take a look. Their painter came out too to advise. They power washed a spot and very carefully scraped off a few concrete spots. They advised me on what I should do next so to protect the paint. This company is great! They are honest. I have used them multiple times over the years on other car repairs. I would highly recommend going there for your collision needs!”

He quoted me $62,432.56. Y'all must think I'm stupid.
When I told the clerk the price was absurd he laughed at me. He said he makes the prices and calls the shots. I asked to speak with the manager of the establishment and he told me to go drive my fully paid Ford F350 Super Duty (3-inch lift kit) on down to the shop and say it to his face.
He sounded scary so I didn't do that. I am afraid of heavily tattooed mechanics.”
