Shawn was great! Went out of his way to get me a car that I could work and do Uber in even though he said at first they were out of stock so I am very grateful that he was able to pull some strings and get a car for me to work in during my time in Knoxville!

Shawn was great at assisting us in getting our rental car that the airport screwed up! He was very helpful even with the holiday stress everyone was dealing with 10/10 will keep this location in mind when needing a rental out this way again
