About Budget Car Rental
Budget Car Rental offers a straightforward rental process with quick pick-up and drop-off options. Customers appreciate the friendly and professional staff, especially at return stations, where employees like Summer provide smooth and helpful service. The cars are generally in good condition, often new, and customers sometimes receive free upgrades. Honesty is also valued, as shown by a staff member who promptly contacted a customer about left earbuds and held them for pickup. However, some reviews mention challenges, such as difficulty reaching the company by phone and long wait times due to limited staff, which can lead to customers leaving for other rental companies. Overall, Budget is known for competitive prices, good customer service, and a positive experience when staff like Lorena assist with concerns. Despite some staffing issues, many customers leave satisfied with the rental experience.

Took my sister there. She got her car and it was easy.

Pick up took hours. Then I had to call the place I had dropped it off at because they charged me a late fee even though I returned the car within six hours of picking it up.

After a little confusion in the beginning, manager Manny came and saved the day! He grabbed a vehicle in the class I reserved and personally cleaned it out to make sure it'd be ready for me to take! I'm so very thankful that he took the time to do this so everyone and everything would fit on our trip!
