“Very clean store, friendly and helpful employees and manager, came in for an exchange and was provided excellent customer service. Will be shopping here more often, they have great selection of plus sizes and even offer to order online of the size you're looking for is not in the store.”

“I MISS THIS STORE BEING OPEN AND I MISS SHOPPING AND WORKING HERE SO MUCH! I WORKED HERE WHEN I WAS WITHIN THE HARDEST PART OF MY LIFE AND THE CO-WORKERS THAT I WORKED WITH WERE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING INDIVIDUALS AND SO CARING. I NEVER GOT A CHANCE TO SEE THEM AND THANK THEM AFTER I LEFT, DIVORCED AND THEN MOVED TO FLORIDA BUT I PRAY THEY ARE ALL DOING AMAZINGLY WELL AND LIVING THEIR ABSOLUTE BEST LIVES❤”

“I don’t have kids. Called Little Happy looking for a best friend’s necklace. I had no idea where to look locally and needed it asap. Catherine said unfortunately they didn’t carry jewelry, but she recommended 3 shoppes that might possibly have a few options. I found a great substitute. Thank you so much Catherine, you’re a gem ?”

“My 2nd appointment with Chris was wonderful. She really listened and did exactly what I asked her to do. Just like my first appointment, Chris was kind, professional, personsable, knowledgeable and all around super. I've already made my next appointment. Ask for Chris. You'll walk away looking fabulous.”

“This store has the nicest people working there! I lost my phone in the store last month and they called me because they found it! I was so relieved and incredibly grateful to the wonderfully kind team there. AND we picked up some adorable tshirts to boot!!”

“First time here but not first time using stores like this. Easy process, cash on the spot, no need to hang around and wait. They will text you.

For all of the bad reviews saying they don't give much money or I drove hours for $10, I think sometimes these folks forget why these types of places exist.

1.) Yes, you can always make more money selling yourself but not everyone wants to put the time and effort in. I'd rather box my stuff up, bring it to a place like this, planet exchange, Plato's closet or similar and get cash. What they don't take I just go and donate. I would be donating my stuff anyways so why not get a few bucks for what I can without any hassle?

2.) Stores like this take on the risk and must make a profit when items are sold. This includes sales.

3.) Most baby clothes are cheap in general unless you are looking at Gap or very name brand. Don't expect $1 for each t-shirt you bring in

Overall I was happy with the store and will continue using them before donating the rest!”

“I love J. C. Penneys! I have been sorry to see so many of them closing up. I do hope that they will be able to rise up again and and thrive.
My most recent visit to Pennys in West Town Mall was a bit chaotic. Everything was in the midst of re-order and update.
I was disappointed to see that the bathroom had been neglected.
But my hope is that this was all just the results of the transition and that by now they have things back in order and they will be the store that I love again.”

“This store is very clean and well-organized. I like how the employees keep the shelves stocked so that you can browse all the styles easily. An improvement upon the Children’s Place website experience, for sure!

The store personnel are so helpful with finding sizes in the back if they don’t have them out on the floor.”

“My wife would give this a 5, and for good reason. The store is very big and has a huge selection of women's clothing. The men's section is pretty small. Overall a nice store”
