“I have been to this Walmart Supercenter several times. At one time, it was one of the most admired Walmarts in East Tennessee. Me and my friends would stop here before going to the Smoky Mountains to camp out for the weekend. It has some really good restaurants to eat at that are in its parking lot or close by. There's a Hooters and Chick Fi La in the parking lot and across the street is a Cracker Barrel. Service has always been the best while shopping here. I highly recommend coming here.”

“I call the pharmacy at walmart in alcoa and sue answer the phone and help me with all my questions and she was so sweet and helpful then I had to go pick up my medicine and she was super nice she goes above to help me I want to thank her so much for her help”
“Had to run in and pick up christmas decorations for my work and I was able to find everything I was looking for. I did have to purchase command hooks to hang lights and garland and the sticky part (both in the wall side and in the hook side) there was a portion of it that was not sticky at all. Seemed like it was defective and sold cheaper. Not happy with this at all, but it is a discount place so I guess this should not be a surprise. Still not happy though. The employees very very nice and helpful.”
